No payment after concluding transaction with GGMC since Saturday last week. No phone lines in their office are working all calls going to a full voice mail box. GGMC has not deemed it fit to call me after they picked up my car on Monday the 3rd of July 2023. No payments made and this is the 4th day. No one has contacted me for a reason why the payment has yet to be processed. I am very tired and frustrated with GGMC service. It is the worst I have encountered in London. Irene
Very helpful service given from Gordon Grove Metals company. Spoke with Dean who was efficient and extremely proactive in organising my car to be collated the same day I called. Also thanks to Ish the driver who collected and explained the paperwork process. Highly recommend
A bumping starts but all sorted, received my payment and they were very apologetic for the mistake.
Unfortunately not having a good experience. Sold my car to Gordon Groove on Monday, with the deal for the payment be maid on the next day on my account, today Friday and nothing, have sent many email and didn’t get any replay, you call costumer service, voice mail always and the message box is full , you can leave a message, them I call as I am new customer, finally call unswered, they say will look into it, chat with the account department, and nobody contacts you.
