They Never return messages never return phone calls can’t get through to anyone. Do not honour their guarantee. My item is under 12 months old and faulty. I’m waiting for replacement. They originally said they would send replacement when I’ve been waiting over a week. Disgusting customer service I’m now going to have to purchase another part because I’m waiting for the parts to make my car actually go 😡
